This 30-45 min evaluation will include a full evaluation of lip, tongue and cheek ties. You will leave with a complete explanation of findings, risks and benefits to treatment, as well as a referral if needed. Every myofunctional therapy plan requires a take home therapy kit. This kit includes all the tools you will need to complete your therapy as well as track your progress at home. These items are essential for your progress during your therapy plan. Only one kit is required however additional kits may be purchased for multi-parent living situations, or if the kit is misplaced. You will need to have this kit with you at each therapy session. Price: $45/kit
